SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Epicutis Products purchased directly through the Epicutis website, you may return or exchange any items within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please call or email customer service at 604-802-8274 or info@epicutisskincare.ca.

Returns: You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refundable.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges: If your product is defective, you will receive a replacement product of the same item when we receive your product return to our warehouse.
